By completing this online registration form, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the event hosted by Ghana Innov8 (“the Organization”). In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby agree to the following terms:

1. **Assumption of Risk**: I am aware that participating in activities organized by Ghana Innov8 may involve certain risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
2. **Release of Liability**: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and discharge Ghana Innov8, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by me, including those arising from negligence.

3. **Indemnification**: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghana Innov8, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action brought by third parties arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss.

4. **Photography and Video Release**: I grant Ghana Innov8 the right to take photographs and videos of me during the event for promotional and archival purposes. I agree that Ghana Innov8 owns the copyright to these materials and may use them in print, digital, or online media without compensation to me.

5. **Alcohol Consumption (If applicable)**: If alcohol is provided at the event, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consume alcohol responsibly. I am of legal drinking age and agree to drink responsibly. I understand that Ghana Innov8 is not liable for any consequences resulting from my consumption of alcohol at the event.

6. **Emergency Medical Treatment**: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Ghana Innov8 to obtain necessary medical treatment for me. I agree to be responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

7. **Validity and Understanding**: By submitting this form, I certify that I have read this waiver and release, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by them. I understand that this waiver and release is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

8. **Governing Law**: This agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced with, and all questions concerning the construction, validity, and interpretation of this agreement, shall be governed by, the internal laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdictions) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdictions other than the State of Georgia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of this agreement (or related thereto) shall be filed in the state or federal courts located within the State of Georgia and the claimant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
