Welcome

Thank you for being part of the 2026 Ghana INNOV8 Summit. As we celebrate five years of impact, we are excited to bring together leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers for a day centered on leadership, innovation, ownership, connection, and legacy.

Our goal is to create an experience that is practical, conversational, and highly engaging for our audience.
What to Expect

The Summit will include two opening keynotes, a live podcast-style conversation, main-stage discussions, interactive masterclasses and breakouts, a vendor marketplace, snacks, and networking experiences.

Sessions are intentionally designed to be concise and interactive. We encourage speakers to:

  • Share practical lessons and real experiences rather than formal speeches.
  • Keep responses concise to allow for conversation and audience participation.
  • Engage directly with fellow speakers and attendees.
  • Leave the audience with clear, actionable takeaways.
  • Have fun — we want conversations to feel authentic rather than overly scripted.

If you are leading a masterclass or breakout, you own the room.

Slides are optional unless otherwise discussed. We encourage practical examples, audience exercises, demonstrations, or other ways to make your session actionable.
Ghana INNOV8 moderators will guide the conversation. You will receive any final session-specific questions or discussion areas separately. Our moderators are there to facilitate—not dominate—so we encourage natural conversation and interaction between speakers.

We will close the Summit with a 15-minute interactive networking experience across six Ghana-inspired neighborhoods: Kwahu, Accra, Tema, Cape Coast, Tamale and Kumasi.

Attendees will make two stops, meeting new people and having short, guided conversations focused on what they are building, what they need, and how they can support others.

Speakers will be placed across the neighborhoods and participate alongside attendees. No preparation is required — simply join the conversation, connect, and share your perspective.

Your neighborhood assignments will be provided on-site
